About Me
I am Roshit Niraula. I am originally from Kathmandu, Nepal. I am a junior at Minnesota State University, Mankato majoring in Computer Science and minoring in Mathematics.

I enjoy everything about coding and am excited to learn computer science by doing computer science. Through the Project-based Computer Science program here at MSU Mankato, I am working on industry-sponsored projects alongside a sponsored project through Student Government.
Besides being involved in the Honors program, I am also heavily involved in other campus areas. I am currently a Peer Mentor and MavPASS Leader for MATH-112 (College Algebra). I also represent the students at Minnesota State Mankato as the Student-Body Vice-President for the 91st Student Government. Through Student Government, I have been able to serve in different campus committees such as the Student Union Board, Technology Fee Sub-Committee, Academic Affairs, Budget Sub-Meets, and much more.

In my time here at MSU Mankato, I have participated and represented the Speech and Debate team in multiple tournaments including the Semi-Finalist title at MN Collegiate Forensics Association Parliamentary Debate. I have also been involved as a Teaching Assistant for various courses offered by the Computer Information Science department.

I always aspire to be a better version of myself and grow as an individual to help grow the communities I am part of.

In my free time, I really enjoy traveling and meeting new people. I also really enjoy sci-fi movies and TV Series. I am a huge fan of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. So, if you ever feel like going on a coffee hunt to new places or if you need a companion to watch the new sci-fi movie, you can reach out to me and we can totally work something out! :')
